We are pleased to announce that Now Financial Partners has formed a commercial relationship with FD Solutions. For some time now, we have looked at expanding our role from being purely transactional to playing some part in the operational welfare of businesses going forward. The vast majority of SME businesses that we see have similar shortcomings. Whilst they are usually good at what they do, the financial management and control is often weak or in some cases missing completely. Owner managers are rarely financially experienced and often leave matters of finance to staff, who may be competent but do not offer financial leadership. The cost of a good full time FD is prohibitive so the ideal solution is an experienced part time FD who can come in and lead, organise and mentor the financial side of the business to ensure that the rehabilitation of the business is sustainable.
